Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 x shallot minced
  • 3 x cloves garlic chopped
  • 3 x anchovy fillets chopped
  • 2 tsp lemon peel grated
  • 1 dsh Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce to taste

Direcciones

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend till well mixed. Chill for at least one day. Best if made three days prior to use. Use as dressing or possibly dip for romaine leaves.
