Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 tsp Grated Lemon Peel
  • 1/8 tsp Instant Chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. Graded Parmesan Cheese

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir till well blended. Put mix in a foil packet or possibly 1-pint glass jar and lable as Caesar Salad Dressing Mix. Store in a cold dry place and use within 3 to 4 months.
  2. Makes One 3/4 c. serving (3 Tbsp.)
  3. Caesar Salad Dressing: Combine 1 pkg of mix, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, and 1/4 c. lemon juice in a glass jar. Shake till well blended. Refrigeratebefore serving.
  4. Makes about 3/4 c. of Salad Dressing.
