Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Yellow cornmeal
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 2 x Catfish fillets Vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. In a bowl combine the cornmeal, flour, salt, cayenne pepper, and garlic pwdr. Pour mix onto a pie plate. Coat the catfish fillets with mix, shaking off excess.
  2. Fill a 12 inch skillet half full with vegetable oil and heat it to 350 degrees. Add in fillets to oil and fry till golden, about 56 min.
  3. Put the fillets on serving plates, add in a spoonful of tartar sauce, and serve.
  4. Yield: 2 servings
