Cajun Cafe's Bourbon Chicken

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb chicken leg or possibly thigh meat in bite-size chunks
  • 4 ounce soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 tsp powdered ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. dry chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. Jim Beam bourbon whiskey
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine

Direcciones

  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour over chicken pcs in a bowl. Cover and chill (stirring often) for several hrs (best overnight). Bake chicken at 350 for one hour in a single layer, basting every 10 min. Remove chicken. Scrape pan juices with all the brown bits into a frying pan.
  2. Heat, and add in 2 Tbs. white wine. Stir and add in chicken. Cook for 1 minute and serve.
