Ingredientes

  • 1 med celery stalk cut into pcs
  • 1 sm red pepper seeded and minced
  • 1/2 med onion quartered
  • 1 lrg garlic clove quartered
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 lrg egg whites lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 lb crab meat cooked

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Coat a baking sheet lightly with cooking spray and set aside. Combine celery, bell pepper, onion and garlic in a food processor and process till finely minced but not pureed.
  2. Transfer mix to a mixing bowl. Add in bread crumbs, inch high, and place patties on prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake in upper third of over for 20 min, turn cakes and bake an additional 15 min or possibly till golden brown and slightly crispy outside. Serve 2 cakes per person.
