Ingredientes

  • 1 x Onion,minced,med
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1 x Green pepper, minced
  • 1 x Celery stalk, minced
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 6 ounce Tomato paste
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Triple Sec
  • 2 c. Shrimp, not cooked

Direcciones

  1. Heat margarine, add in onion, green pepper and celery. Saute/fry till tender.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients, except shrimp. Cook over low heat for 20 min. Add in shrimp and cook for an additional 10 min. Serve over rice.
