Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Chicken Gizzards -- finely Minced
  • 1 lb Chicken Livers -- finely Minced
  • 1/4 c. Squeeze Parkay Margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. Onion -- finely minced
  • 1/2 c. Celery -- finely minced
  • 1/4 c. Green Pepper -- minced
  • 2 x Garlic Cloves -- chopped
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd Red Pepper
  • 3 c. Warm Cooked Minute Rice
  • 1/2 c. Minced Parsley

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat in margarine in large skillet. Add in onion, celery, green pepper, garlic and seasonings, mix well. Cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat till vegetables are tender. Add in rice and parsley, mix lightly.
  2. Serve immediately.
