Ingredientes

  • 150 gm snapper grouper or possibly bream fillets fresh or possibly defrotred skinned Marinade
  • 4 tsp mixed cajun spices
  • 3 x tablespns white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tsp sunflower oil

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C 375F gas mark five.
  2. Mix the marinade ingredients together.
  3. Brush over the fillets.
  4. Cover and chill for twenty min.
  5. Transfer the fillets to an ovenproof dish.
  6. Cover and bake for 20 to 25 min.
  7. Serve with rice and vegetable mix.
