Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 lb Bay scallops
  • 2/3 c. Seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Plus 2 teaspoon oil
  • 1 1/4 x Green bell peppers, seeded and minced
  • 2 3/4 x Scallions, minced
  • 11 ounce Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3/4 x Lime, cut in wedges

Direcciones

  1. Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 5 minutes.
  2. Combine scallops and breadcrumbs in a sealable plastic bag. Shake to coat scallops. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add in scallops and remaining ingredients, except lime, and cook 5-7 min, gently stirring occasionally, till scallops are opaque. Serve with lime wedges.
