Ingredientes

  • 1-2 pound scallops
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 can Del Monte Cajun tomatoes, minced
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash scallops and pat dry. Cut in small pcs, if you like. Add in lemon juice, set aside. Saute garlic in oil and butter for 1 minute. Add in mushrooms and tomatoes, cook over low heat 2-3 min. Add in basil, simmer for 5 min. Add in mix to scallops in a baking dish, top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 min.
