  1. Saute/fry the onion in the extra virgin olive oil for approximately four min. Add in the garlic and stir. Add in thyme, cayenne, black peppers and basil. Cook at low heat
  2. (about 5 min). Add in everything else, except for the pasta, shrimp and cheese and cook over low heat for about 30 min or possibly till the liquid is reduced.
  3. Saute/fry the Shrimp in some butter and garlic till about 3/4's cooked. Add in the sauce and cook for an additional two min. Add in the cooked pasta and toss well with the grated cheese. Serve warm.
