  1. Mix together all spices and set aside. Mix soy sauce a few drops of white wine, a few drops of sesame oil and a lot of sesame seeds in large bowl.
  2. Prepare broccoli till hard. Drain and add in to the soy mix. Boil the noodles only 2/3 of the recommended cooking time. Drain, rinse with cool water, add in to the soy mix.
  3. Mix the noodles and broccoli till well coated and little liquid remains in the bottom of the bowl.
  4. Add in spice mix a tsp. at a time to taste (be careful this is VERY warm and spicy). START OFF WITH A WEE BIT TO SEE HOW Warm YOU CAN TAKE IT Or possibly WANT IT!
  5. Heat some peanut oil in a pan on medium heat. Add in noodle mix to pan and stir fry till all is heated through and no liquid remains in pan.
  6. Stir continuously or possibly noodles will stick together. Remove from pan and garnish with thin sliced scallions. Serve immediately.
  7. NOTES :*You should have a lot of the spice left over. This can be used on meat, chicken, fish or possibly anything you can imagine eating Warm! I roasted a turkey with it and it was delish! Store remainder spice mix in an airtight container.
