Ingredientes

  • 6 sm crab shells cleaned Stuffing
  • 1 lb Maryland lump crabmeat
  • 3 Tbsp. cracker crumbs up to 4 TBSP
  • 1/2 c. finely green onions minced
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 dsh cajun seasoning
  • 1 dsh Tabasco sauce Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley minced
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 dsh Tabasco sauce
  • 1 dsh Worcestershire sauce

Direcciones

  1. Gently mix crabmeat with cracker crumbs, green onions, and seasonings. Add in lowfat sour cream and mix with a spatula. Stuff crab shells and sprinkle with paprika or possibly cajun seasonings. Bake for 12 to 15 min at 400 degrees.
  2. Heat butter in saucepan and fold in sauce ingredients in order and simmer briefly over low heat. Top stuffed crabs with sauce before serving.
