Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Lean beef round or possibly pork
  • 3 x Medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 x Large garlic clove, chopped
  • 6 x Green chilies
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1/2 c. Onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Cube meat, sprinkle with salt and fry till brown in oil. Add in potatoes to browned meat together with onion, garlic, salt, chili and sufficient water to cover. Continue to add in water if necessary. It will have a soupy consistency.
