Ingredientes

1 lb Curds or possibly cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. Dundee marmalade
2 Tbsp. Sugar

2 Tbsp. Brandy or possibly unblended malt whisky
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Direcciones

Mix all the ingredients together well and beat with a whisk.
Put into a dish and freeze.
