Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. California dry figs
  • 3/4 c. Shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c. Nut meats
  • 1 tsp Grated lemon rind
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Steam figs. With scissors, clip off stems, and grind or possibly chop fine. Grind coconut and nut meats, then combine all ingredients and work to a paste.
  2. Add in more lemon juice if necessary. Shape mix into little balls about 3/4 inch in diameter, and roll in finely minced coconut.
