Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr (or possibly 2 tbsp. soy flour for lowfat milk free-diets)
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat soy flour
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 c. Applesauce
  • 2 x Egg whites or possibly 1/4 c. egg beaters [or possibly egg sub. equiv]
  • 2 sm ripe bananas (7 3/4")
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (8 oz) juice packed
  • 1/2 c. Minced pitted dry apricots
  • 1/2 c. Golden brown raisins

Direcciones

  1. Spray loaf pan with non-stick spray. Open pineapple and drain off juice. Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl. In blender, process together applesauce, egg, bananas and pineapple add in to dry mix, add in apricots and raisins, beat just until well mixed. Turn into loaf pan, bake in preheated 350F oven for 60 min or possibly till golden brown and tests done. Remove from pan and rest on a board or possibly rack on its side until completely cooled. Chill wrapped. Freezes well.
  2. Now for the variables, You may make this recipe with no apricots but with one fresh apple, minced ( not peeled). You may make this recipe with or possibly without raisins. Less sweet but good both ways. If you do not have the soy flour or possibly the dry lowfat milk, just add in the equivalent of flour or possibly oat bran.
