Ingredientes

  • 3/4 lb Grnd BEEF
  • 2 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. YELLOW CORN MEAL
  • 14 1/2 ounce CAN, TOMATOES, WHOLE, CUTUP
  • 7 ounce CAN, WHOLE KERNAL CORN
  • 1 pkt LAWRY'S CHILI SEASONING
  • 1 tsp GARLIC Pwdr
  • 1 tsp CHILI Pwdr
  • 6 ounce GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 2 Tbsp. YELLOW CORN MEAL

Direcciones

  1. DRAIN AND CUT UP THE TOMATOES. DRAIN JUICES FROM THE CAN OF CORN. IN A MEDIUM SKILLET, BROWN THE Grnd BEEF AND DRAIN OFF THE FAT. IN A MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE Lowfat milk, 1 C. CORNMEAL AND Large eggs. BLEND WELL. Add in BEEF AND REMAINING INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT FOR THE CHEESE AND TWOTABLESPOONS OF CORNMEAL. STIR TO BLEND. POUR INTO LIGHTLY GREASED 12 X 8 X 2 BAKING DISH.
  2. BAKE, UNCOVERED, IN A 350 DEG F OVEN FOR 35 TO 40 Min. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE AND REMAINING CORNMEAL. CONTINUE BAKING FOR 15 Min Or possibly Till CHEESE MELTS. LET STAND FOR 10 Min BEFORE SERVING. SERVE WITH FRESH
  3. SALSA. HINT: ONE PACKAGE OF LAWRY'S TACO SEASONING MAY BE USED INSTEAD OF THE CHILI SEASONING.
