Receta California Veggie Pizza Recipe on Whole wheat Crust

- Whole wheat flour - 3cups (I use KAF white whole wheat flour)
- Instant Yeast - 2tsp
- Honey - 2tbsp
- Extra Virgin Olive oil - 2tbsp
- Salt - 1¼tsp
- Orange Juice - 2tbsp, luke warm
- Water - ¾cup, luke warm
- Toppings:
- Pizza Sauce (Tomato sauce)
- Red Onions
- Broccoli (I steam them a little beforehand)
- Eggplant (sauteed)
- Mushrooms (I prefer cooked, so I saute them in some oil)
- Corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- Sundried tomatoes
- Grated Mozzarella cheese
