Ingredientes

  • 3 c. sifted flour
  • 3 tsp calumet baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c. nut meats, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 x egg, well beaten
  • 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Sift flour once, measure, add in baking pwdr and salt, and sift together three times.
  2. Add in nuts.
  3. Cream butter, and add in sugar; then add in egg, lowfat milk, and flour. Stir only till smooth.
  4. Bake in greased loaf pan, 9x4x3 inches, in moderate oven (350 degrees) 1 hour and 10 min.
  5. Note: One c. raisins may be used instead of nuts.
