Ingredientes

  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 whl chopped Garlic cloves
  • 6 x 4 oz boneless Pork Loin Chops
  • 1/2 c. Orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1 c. Chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp grnd Ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. dark Rum

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in a ziplock bag; seal bag and chill for 4-24 hrs. Remove chops from marinade; discarding leftover marinade. Grill chops quickly over indirect heat in covered grill about 10-12 min, turning once to brown both sides.
