Ingredientes

  • 1 x (16-oz) package warm roll mix
  • 1/3 c. pizza sauce
  • 1 c. shredded pizza cheese or possibly mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
  • 1/2 c. minced pepperoni (about 2 1/2 ounces)
  • 1/4 c. minced, pitted ripe olives
  • 1 x 2-1/(2-oz) jar sliced mushrooms, well liquid removed and minced Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Prepare warm roll mix according to package directions. After the resting step, divide dough in half. Roll one half of dough on a lightly floured surface into a 16 x 10 inch rectangle. Spread with half of the pizza sauce. Combine cheese, pepperoni, olives, and mushrooms; sprinkle half of mix over pizza sauce.
  2. Roll up, jelly-roll style, starting from one of the long sides. Healthy pinch edges to seal.
  3. Cut roll into sixteen 1 inch slices. Place cut side down in a well greased 9 x 1 1/2 inch round baking pan. Repeat with remaining dough, pizza sauce, and cheese mix. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese, if you like. Cover and let rise in a hot place about 1 hour or possibly until nearly double in size. Bake in a 375 degree F. oven about 20 min or possibly until golden. Cold slightly. Remove from pan. Serve hot.
