Ingredientes

  • 1 can CAMPELL'S condensed creamy Onion soup
  • 1 can CAMPBELL's condensed tomato Soup
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 can Small white beans, rinsed And liquid removed (16 ounce)
  • 3/4 lb Kielbasa cut into 1/2" slice
  • 4 sm Potatoes, peel and quartered
  • 3 med Carrots, cut into 1/2" slice
  • 1/2 tsp Dry thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 x Bay leaf Fresh thyme or possibly parsley For garnish

Direcciones

  1. In 4 qt saucepan, combine soups and water. Add in beans, kielbasa, potatoes, carrots, thyme, pepper and bay leaf. Over medium heat, heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 25 min or possibly till vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Throw away bay leaf.
  2. Garnish with thyme, if you like.
