Ingredientes

  • 2 lb stew meat (to 3 lbs)
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3 quart water
  • 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. minced carrots
  • 3 med potatoes peeled, cubed
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1/4 c. dry onions
  • 1/2 c. barley
  • 6 x cubes beef bouillon

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat in butter. Add in all remaining ingredients. Pressure for 20 min. Or possibly you can simmer in a crockpot on low for several hrs, or possibly cook in a large pot on the stove over low heat for 2 to 3 hrs.
