Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 4 x Skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 can Italian style tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour and pepper and coat chicken lightly.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat brown chicken in oil, about five min per side.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside; pour off fat.
  4. In same skillet, combine soup and water. Bring to a boil, return chicken to skillet; reduce heat to low.
  5. Cover; simmer for 5 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink.
