Receta "Can't Eat Just One" Hush Puppies

Ingredientes

1 box "Jiffy" corn muffin mix 1 c. self-rising flour 1 egg

1/2 sm. onion, minced 1/2 med. green bell pepper, minced Lowfat milk to make muffin consistency

Direcciones

1. Mix all together. Drop by tsp into hot fat. If you use a deep fryer it is easier. Take up when golden brown, drain on brown bag. Keep in warm oven till all are cooked. Delicious with boiled shrimp or possibly any seafood meal.
