Cancun Spritzer

If you’re looking for a refreshing cocktail to make this weekend than look no further, I got you covered. With the week winding down sit back, relax and have a drink.
Limoncello is one of those bar items we have when an occasional need for liquid lemony satisfaction arises. I love the color. It reminds me of the sunshine and warmth. I first tried limoncello when I was barely legal to drink during a poker game. I loved it then and I still love it now. Strangely enough we always stick to the same drinks like Margaritas, Jim Beam and Coke or wine. Kurt was a bartender in his twenties and we always put his skills to use during parties. Lately, however, I’ve been the one to play the role of a mixologist. It’s fun.
If you’re a fan of light, not overly sweet cocktails, than this one is right for you. All the sweetness from limoncello is cut by lemon juice and club soda. You’ll just have to try for yourself.
