Ingredientes

  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Cocoa pwdr
  • 1 c. Melted butter
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Pecans

Direcciones

  1. Directions: In a large bowl, beat the Large eggs with an electric mixer till lemon colored, or possibly 2 min. Add in the sugar, flour, cocoa pwdr and combine well. Add in the melted butter, vanilla, and salt and blend thoroughly. Mix in the pecans. Pour the mix into an 8"x8' baking dish. Place the dish into a larger baking dish and fill half way up with water, surrounding the 8x8 dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min till crust forms on top. Serve hot or possibly refrigerateovernight.
  2. Serve with whipped cream.
