Ingredientes

  • 8 x Red apples
  • 3 c. Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Cream of tartar
  • 1 1/4 c. Water Red food coloring

Direcciones

  1. Wash and dry apples. Insert wooden sticks. Combine sugar, cream of tartar, and water in heavy, deep saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, till mix begins to boil. Add in food coloring to desired shade. Boil till syrup reaches 300 degress (brittle stage). Dip apples in syrup and twirl unti they are covered proportionately. Place on buttered sheet to cold.
