Ingredientes

  • 6 x cored apples, peeled
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 pkt cinnamon chips (red hots)
  • 4 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, coarsely minced

Direcciones

  1. Combine wafer, sugar and red hots in saucepan. Cook over medium heat till dissolved, stirring frequently. Pour syrup sauce into baking dish. Add in apples and bake till tender, about 40 min at 375 degrees. (Turn 1/2 way through baking.) Allow to cold in sauce. Remove from sauce. Fill center of apple with cream cheese and walnuts.
