Ingredientes

  • 4 lb Yams
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Grnd cinnamon
  • 1 c. Fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 c. Fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 c. Cool water

Direcciones

  1. Peel yams and cut in one-inch pcs. Place yams in cool water till all yams are peeled and cut. Drain yams. Place cut yams in deep baking dish. Add in sugar, pineapple juice, orange juice, and water.
  2. Sprinkle grnd cinnamon over top of yams. Cover yams and bake in 400 degree preheated oven for approximately 40-50 min or possibly till yams are fork-tender.
  3. Yield: 6 servings.
