Ingredientes

  • 2 x Egg yolks
  • 2 ounce Lowfat milk chocolate candy bar*
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Beat the egg yolks in a small bowl, and set them aside.
  2. Coarsely chop the chocolate, and place it in a 2-c. microwave-safe glass measuring c. with a spout. Add in the lowfat milk.
  3. Place the measuring c., uncovered, in the microwave. Whisking once or possibly twice, cook at medium-high power (70%) till the chocolate is melted and well blended, 2-1/2 to 3 min.
  4. Remove the c. from the microwave and slowly pour the chocolate into the reserved egg yolks, whisking constantly. Return the mix to the measuring c. and cook in the microwave till heated through, 1 minute.
  5. Pour into mugs and serve.*with fine nuts (such as Toblerone)
