Receta Cane Rosso's Soppresatta Pizza
This delicious pizza is a copycat I made when a friend named Kelly took me to the Cane Rosso Restaurant (Red Dog) to figure out what the ingredients were. The base sauce is habanero honey jelly.

- Heat oven to 500 degrees,. using a pizza stone, if you have it.
- Stretch pizza dough fairly thin.
- Place on parchment sprinkled with cornmeal.
- Slather on jelly, top with garlic, basil, mozzarella.
- Place soppresatta on top.
- Bake 8-10 minutes.
- Remove and top with shaved parmesan.
