Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Large shrimp, shelled
  • 1 ounce Butter
  • 1 ounce Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh groun pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 ounce Dry vermouth Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 sm garlic clove, crushed

Direcciones

  1. Into large skillet, place extra virgin olive oil. When simmering, add in shrimp; allow to cook till golden. Reduce heat; add in butter, salt pepper. When you think you have too much salt, add in more. This is one dish you can't oversalt. When well blended, raise heat to very warm. Add in lemon juice and dry vermouth and cook for about 1 minute, constantly stirring.
