Receta Cannellini Bean Soup
Ingredients:
- 1-2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- A good amount of fresh Spinach or any Green you like
- 1 can of Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
- Vegetable Broth (or any broth you prefer)
- Parmesan Cheese, garnish
Directions:
Heat oil and saute the garlic till fragrant. Add Spinach and Cannellini Beans. Add vegetable broth and cook for 10-15 minutes. Ladle into soup bowls and top with grated Parmesan Cheese. I can't have this soup without the cheese, it's too good!
