Ingredientes

  • 1 ct ricotta cheese - (15 ounce)
  • 1 c. confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 c. minced maraschino cherries
  • 1/4 c. minced blanched almonds
  • 1/4 c. miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 x chocolate graham cracker pie crust (9" dia)

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and confectioners' sugar; mix till smooth and well combined. Stir in the cherries, almonds, and chocolate chips. Spoon into the pie crust, cover, and freeze for at least 3 hrs.
  2. Remove from the freezer and allow to sit for at least 10 to 15 min before cutting. Cover and store any leftovers in the freezer.
  3. This recipe yields 8 servings.
  4. Comments: I like to top each slice with a dollop of whipped cream and a maraschino cherry before serving.
