Ingredientes

  • 1 x Cantaloupe seeded, peeled, and cut into chunks
  • 2 med Avocados peeled, and cut into chunks
  • 1 can Diced hearts of palm - (14 ounce)
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Slivered toasted almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. Melted butter
  • 1 head Any type loose-leaf lettuce
  • 6 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper
  • 6 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger

Direcciones

  1. Combine cantaloupe, avocado and hearts of palm in a bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice, and chill for one hour.
  2. Place ingredients for dressing in a bowl, and whisk together.
  3. To toast almonds, drizzle with two Tbsp. melted butter, and bake at 325 degrees for 15 min.
  4. Tear lettuce into large, bite-size pcs, and line serving bowl. Spoon fruit into center. Pour dressing over fruit, and sprinkle with almonds.
