Ingredientes

24 (1 1/2-inch) cubes ripe cantaloupe

6 thin slices prosciutto (3 oz) cut in half crosswise, the lengthwise

1/2 cup sweet Italian sparkling white wine or sparkling white grape juice

1 tablespoon minced fresh mint

1 tablespoon honey

Direcciones
- Combine cantaloupe, sparkling wine, mint & honey in a large bowl, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
- Remove cantaloupe, reserving wine syrup.
- Wrap cantaloupe pieces with prosciutto, secure with a wooden pick.
- Serve 4 pieces of wrapped cantaloupe with 4 teaspoons white wine syrup for dipping.
