Ingredientes

  • 24 (1 1/2-inch) cubes ripe cantaloupe
  • 6 thin slices prosciutto (3 oz) cut in half crosswise, the lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup sweet Italian sparkling white wine or sparkling white grape juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Direcciones

  1. Combine cantaloupe, sparkling wine, mint & honey in a large bowl, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
  2. Remove cantaloupe, reserving wine syrup.
  3. Wrap cantaloupe pieces with prosciutto, secure with a wooden pick.
  4. Serve 4 pieces of wrapped cantaloupe with 4 teaspoons white wine syrup for dipping.
