Chopped sweet cantaloupe- 2 cups Chilled Coconut water- 1 cup Ginger- ¼th inch piece Few mint leaves Honey to taste (optional) Instructions
In a blender add the coconut water, followed by cantaloupe, ginger and mint. Add some honey, if the cantaloupe is not very sweet. Blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately. Notes A good ripened Cantaloupe works best for this recipe. 3.5.3208
