- Slice eye fillet into 6 pcs. Flatten steak to about 1 cm thickness. Mix marinade ingredients with steak and egg thoroughly. Let stand for 30 min.
- Heat oil for frying. Cook each piece of fillet over medium heat for 3 min. Remove and drain. Place on serving plate.
- Pour sauce ingredients into preheated pan with 2 tsp. of oil. Bring mix to boil. Pour sauce over steak and garnish with sliced tomatoes.
