Ingredientes

  • 2 large eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 c. clam liquid
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 T oil
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 c. well-drained kernel corn
  • 1/2 c. well-drained chopped clams

Direcciones

  1. Beat large eggs; add in lowfat milk, clam liquid, oil and beat till well blended. Stir in flour, baking pwdr and salt to taste. Beat till well blended. Add in corn and clams.Drop by well-rounded tbsp into hot oil. Cook till browned on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
