Capellini With Hot Garlic Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 x red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1/2 x yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 3 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 c. dry white wine Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 dsh salt (optional)
  • 6 c. warm cooked capellini
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped Italian parsley

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the garlic and onion and saute/fry for 5 min. Add in the peppers and saute/fry for 5 min.
  2. Add in the crushed red pepper and wine and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 to 7 min. Season with pepper and salt and toss with the warm capellini. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
