Receta Cappuccino Smoothie
Make a great start to your day with this deliciously creamy coffee smoothie or serve as a hot day refreshment.
Ingredients:
- Strong Coffee (or Cold Espresso) – 250 ml
- Coffee flavoured Ice Cream – 1 cup
- Milk – 150 ml
- Ice – 3 cups, crushed
- Cocoa Powder – to garnish
- Cinnamon Powder – a pinch
- Whipped Cream – to garnish
Method:
1. Combine the coffee, ice cream, milk and ice in a blender.
2. Blend well until smooth.
3. Pour into individual serving glasses.
4. Garnish with whipped cream.
5. Sprinkle a bit of cocoa powder and cinnamon powder.
6. Serve at once.
Tip: You can substitute Coffee Ice Cream with Chocolate Ice Cream and Milk with Chocolate Milk if desired.
