Who wouldn’t love a fun, little appetizer that screams summer and comes on a stick?

These super simple, caprese skewers couldn’t be any easier to make and they make a great appetizer for bbq’s, cookouts, and picnics.

Caprese Skewers

Yield: Makes 15 skewers

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 0 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

15 toothpicks

Directions:

Alternate 1/2 mozzarella ball, basil, and tomato on the toothpick and repeat. Each skewer will have 2 pieces of mozzarella, basil, and tomato.

Repeat with all of your ingredients, you should have 15 skewers when finished.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve and enjoy!
