Caramel French Toast

Ingredientes

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 stk butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Karo Syrup
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla cinnamon fresh fruit

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter and brown sugar and Karo syrup over medium heat while stirring.
  2. Bring to boil and then pour into 9 x13 casserole pan. Slice bread into 1 inch widths and lay over caramel mix. Mix Large eggs and lowfat milk and vanilla and pour over bread. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and cover with plastic wrap. Chill over night. Uncover and bake in 350 degree oven 45 min. Serve with fresh fruit and syrup (optional)
