Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 (1 ounce) env. premelted unsweetened chocolate
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 2 T lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. CRUMB CRUST: Heat butter; add in remaining ingredients and blend till mix forms coarse crumbs. Press in ungreased 8-inch square pan.TOPPING: Heat butter and chocolate together. Add in remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour slowly over crumb crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min. Cool; cut into bars.
