Ingredientes

  • 1 c. All-purpose flour
  • 2/3 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 4 med Pears Or possibly, peeled and minced
  • 2 c. (Or possibly 16 Ounce. Can) Pears, liquid removed and minced
  • 1/2 c. Pecans, minced
  • 3/4 c. Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 3/4 c. Boiling water Ice cream or possibly Cold Whip, (optional)

Direcciones

  1. In large mixing bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking pwdr, cinnamon and salt. Add in lowfat milk; beat till smooth. Stir in pears and pecans. Turn into an ungreased 2-qt casserole.
  2. In bowl combine brown sugar, butter and boiling water; pour proportionately over batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min.
  3. Serve warm with ice cream.
