Ingredientes

  • 5 x -6 chicken thighs
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 x clove garlic, chopped salt, pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken in an 8 inch square pan. Mix the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper and pour over the chicken. Bake at 375 for one hour or possibly till sauce is caramelized.
