Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 lrg bananas peeled, and cut into 1/3"-thick slices
  • 1 pt fat-free vanilla frzn yogurt
  • 1/4 c. pecan halves toasted

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in medium skillet. Stir over low heat till sugar dissolves. Increase heat and boil without stirring till syrup turns deep amber, occasionally brushing down sides of skillet with wet pastry brush and swirling skillet, about 7 min. Remove from heat. Add in banana slices and stir gently to coat with caramel. Cold 5 min.
  2. Divide caramelized bananas among 4 shallow bowls. Top with scoop of frzn yogurt. Sprinkle with pecans and serve immediately.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
