Receta CARBONARA WITH MUSSELS MARINARA.

A flat, simple and cheap that pleases the lovers of "carbonara" even the sea.

- Clean and wash the mussels, put them on high heat in a pan with 2 tablespoons oil and 1 / 2 cup dry white wine to make them open.
- When they open, turn off the heat, remove the few that remain closed, retrieve and set aside the cooking liquid from the mussels and shell them.
- In a pan fry in oil, onion and sliced ââgarlic, add the liquid held by hand, the mussels, salt (a little) and cook for several minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water, drain and pour into the pan where the sauce is simmering, add the egg yolks mixed with chopped parsley and a pinch of pepper. Stir over low heat until the yolks are rappresi.e off.
- Serve in dishes kept warm.
